The Big Baffle BBQ returns to the Cedars for Smoke Haus.
We’re buzzing to get this BBQ out, and make the most of this beautiful weather. The guys in the Fuel Station have truly outdone themselves this time, and we’ll be pairing the feast with some beats from our friends and DJ’s @itscandydisco and some ice cold Baffle Beer’s (0% options also available).

The Baffle Brisket
BBQ Pulled beef brisket served inside a pitta bread pocket, served with a smoked caramelized onion sausage, accompanied by homemade potato salad, coleslaw, and green salad.
Smoke Haus Halloumi
Grilled Halloumi, served in a pitta pocket with semi-dried tomatoes, chargrilled courgette, and roasted red pepper, accompanied by a home-made potato salad, coleslaw and green salad.
